Conciousness

My friend recently posted on Facebook about Deepak Chopra and Brian Cox having a bit of a “falling out” on Twitter [0].

I asked my friend (a professor of Philosophy) why he thought that Jeff Hawkin’s definition of conciousness “what it feels like to have a neocortex” (On Intelligence - 2004) might be incorrect.

I was directed me to this David Chalmers paper which outlines some of the philosophical points in the other direction, which I quite enjoyed reading: [1]
